The registration took half an hour. The system failed to send us the email required to verify our email address. We discovered that there were no writers available when the registration was finally completed. We had to wait.
We received an email the next day from customer service stating that a writer was available to help us with our order. After we added all of the information to the order, it was time to pay. The price had risen from $123 to $150. Why? We don’t yet know the answer.
